We have received and installed our new cooler last month.
As some of our new food products require it, we have made some custom adjustments and set it to run at colder temperatures than the factory set settings. ( surprisingly, a complicated thing to do).
This is definately not a fridge as these new digital controls appear to keep a very stable temperature.
We not only ordered one cooler, but two. The second one should arrive in a month or two, but this model will replace an older "reach-in" model. It will have sliding doors and will be much more energy efficient.
Just a reminder that our regular shopping hours have changed slightly. We are staying open a bit later on Wednesday evenings till 7:00pm instead of 6:00pm.
