How Do Grocery Subscriptions Work?

You create a list of grocery staples that will be automatically delivered to your door—either weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference!

Your groceries will arrive in an insulated bag with ice packs every Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We guarantee all products are fresh upon arrival.

On Wednesday morning, you’ll receive an email with a 4-hour delivery window, and you’ll get a text once your order has arrived. Your credit card will be automatically charged after each delivery.

This subscription service was created in response to customer requests for a convenient, low-waste way to receive essential groceries—without needing to remember to place an order each week.

Can I select how often I receive my grocery subscription?

Yes! You can choose for your grocery subscription to be delivered weekly or biweekly. You can review and change your selection by going to your account page and changing the frequency under "Subscriptions".

Can I add items to my automatic grocery subscription delivery?

Absolutely! You'll get a reminder email on Monday mornings with a link to your cart that has been automatically populated. Follow the link in that email to add more items to your cart, up until Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Can I cancel a delivery on weeks I don’t need it?

Yes! When you get your reminder email on Monday morning, follow the link to your order and remove those items from your cart. You have until Tuesday at 10 a.m. to remove items.

Alternatively, you can reply to the reminder email and let us know you'd like to skip this week.

Will I be charged a delivery fee?

Delivery is free if your order comes to $100 or more.

If your subscription order falls below the minimum, you can add additional items before Tuesday at 10 a.m. to qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, a $10 delivery fee will be added to your order.

How will payments work?

When you create a subscription, you'll also need to save a card on file with your account. This card is not charged until delivery day.

When your order is delivered, we’ll pick up any bottle, jar, or cooler pack returns. Bottle and jar returns will be deducted from your total, and then we will charge the credit card on file.

How do I set up a grocery subscription?

First, make sure you're logged in by going to shop.fullcirclefoods.ca/account. From there, you can start shopping and add items to your subscription by clicking the "Subscribe" button instead of "Add to cart".
